We currently have 2 Livestock Guardian Dogs, Bump and Senta. Both dogs were purchased from Terry Brown, Capriole Boer Goats. We are so grateful to Terry for letting us bring these two home! For more information on the different breeds of LGD and their characteristics, please visit www.lgd.org

This is Bump (as in Bump on a Log) pictured at 4 months old. He is very mellow and laid back. We think that he thinks his job is holding the floor down! Bump is 1/2 Maremma, 3/8 Mastiff and 1/8 Irish Wolfhound. He was born Jan. 26, 2006. Bump is going to be a BIG boy!!! At 18 months old he weighs 105 lbs! Bump has become an excellent LGD, he is very devoted to his goats.

Senta

This is Senta, pictured at 2 yrs old. She is a purebred Maremma. Senta is an experienced guardian dog who is very bonded to her goats but still very people friendly. She is a great dog and we are lucky to have her!
