What's New?

We have drastically reduced the prices on several of our for sale animals.  We need to make room in the barn and reduce the feed bills!  Check out our Sales List page to see what we have to offer.

We have added several package deals and starter herd packages to our Sales List...take a look!

June 2008 - Test results are back from WSU.  Our entire adult herd is negative for CAE, CL and Johne's Disease!

Planned breedings for the 2009 kidding season are now included in each doe's listing.  To be placed on the waiting list for any of the kids, please contact us.
We will be taking four does to outside bucks this year...Willow and Ambition will be visiting
CRCR Aged to Perfection at White House Goats in September (fingers crossed for spots!)
and Cheerio and Spell Bound will be visiting
Heaven Sent Ezekiel at Stonebrier Farm in September.  Ezekiel is one Grand Champion win away from USBGA ennoblement!

In August 2008, we will be adding Mini Rex to our rabbitry!  Our foundation stock is coming to us from KT's Bunny Barn in Lexington, OR.  We are starting with a trio consisting of a black buck, a broken black doe and a broken blue doe.  Watch our Rabbits page for updates!

Fullblood and Percentage Boer Goats

Traditionals, Paints, Reds, Blacks

Welcome!  We are Bill and Wendy Cummins and we own Friday Creek Farm in Burlington, Washington. It was always our dream to own a small farm and raise SOMETHING there, we just didn't know what!  In July 1998, a change in Bill's job necessitated our move to the beautiful Skagit Valley in Northwest Washington State.  Soon after, we purchased a 1930's farmhouse on 5 acres and Friday Creek Farm was born!  We added llamas to the property in September 2000.  Our first two Boer goat does were purchased in June 2002.  The goat herd is still growing; we currently have twenty-three Boer and Boer cross does, five dairy does and three Fullblood Boer bucks.  Our farm is also home to twelve chickens, three barn cats, two rabbits and five dogs.

We are members of LOWS (Lama Owners of Washington State), USBGA (United States Boer Goat Association), NWABGC (NW All Breed Goat Club) and CBGA (Cascade Boer Goat Association).  In September 2005, Bill and Wendy completed Washington State University's Master Goat Farmer program.  In addition, Wendy currently sits on the Board of Directors of LOWS and runs an active e-mail chat list focused on llamas.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website. Please stay a while to look around and see what we have to offer.  Feel free to e-mail us with any questions you might have!  Please sign our Guestbook and let us know what you think of our website.
